Naomi ReisNaomi Reis is the proprietor of Piece O’ Cake bakery in Frederick, Maryland.  Piece O’ Cake started with catering at weddings and opened a retail location in August 2014.  They specialize in gluten free baked goods and wedding cakes.  Naomi operates the business with her sister.  They serve breakfast and lunch at their location and their food can also be found at The Perfect Blend in Frederick.  Naomi also manufactures dog and horse treats for http://barebites.com.
